UPDATE: PodMN support reached out to ask what was happening so the customer service angle is strong. I’d certainly up the rating once the new update comes out!

Hi there, we are sorry you are having issues with the PodMN app. Rest assured, we are constantly working to improve the app experience for our users and feedback like this is a great resource for us as we do so. We would love to get more details from you about what exactly you are experiencing. If you could possibly email us at info@podmn.com with details about what you mean by "crashing" and what you are doing on the app when this occurs, that would be very helpful. Also, sharing what version of iPhone you are using and what iOS you are on will help us as well. Also, in the next couple of weeks we have a big update coming out that will change the playback experience that may hopefully resolve issues you are having.

In our testing, we are not experiencing the same issues that you are reporting here. Could you possibly share some more information of what screen you are on when you are having the loading issues? Is is the Garage Logic podcast screen or maybe on a playlist or under new episodes on the 'my podcasts' screen? Has this issue happened more than once and do you still experience it? It would also help to know what device and iOS version you are running. We'd love to help better this experience for you. Thanks.
