Really good app but like the rest there’s a lot of fake profiles in it. Also would be good if you can speak to girls or guys in your own location but there’s no option for that
Offensive and annoying
Well for starters I have had the app on my phone for about 10 mins and I already have over 100 dms In my chats. Second the verification system is really really offensive. I have makeup on in my picture I used but I had just gotten out of bed and started my day, mind you I don’t wear makeup that often and when I do it’s very light. The system keeps telling me I’m fake, and that I’m 37 years old…. I am an 18 year old fit female and that was like being told I was a catfish. And I know well that I look like my pictures and am not fake. You need a better verification system and maybe not tell users that they look double their age. It’s offensive.

Nothing but bots and fake accounts, think I’ve found 2 real people in my entire time using it and those two people weee just trying to sell pictures, wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone tbh
Absolute Joke.
I have been on Addchat for about 2 years, and randomly out of the blue, I am permanently banned, and the only way to appeal the request is to contact their support. I asked why I was banned due to no explanation being given and they gave the same useless vague answer. ‘Your account activities didn’t follow our guidelines’, what’s the point of allowing people to appeal if your support staff are terrible at providing support? During my entire time on the app I saw countless things that shouldn’t be allowed on the app in the first place, yet when you attempt to speak out about it or report, nothing happens. Absolute joke of an app I do not recommend!

Great App
I’ve used it for a while now and it’s always been okay but with the direction of the most recent updates, this app is really coming together. The only major issue so far is that a lot of people turn away from this app because of the need to use Tokens. But in order to keep the app running and improving I understand the need for money.
Some minor issues are bots/catfishes and the swiping feature is basically tinder and it’s not at full power yet because most people don’t seem to be using it.
However there isn’t another app out there that lets you talk to people as easily as this one. ItsMe was maybe the only app that held a candle but it’s user base was mostly teenagers so you rarely found anyone interesting on there that wasn’t lying about their age.

It’s meh
It’s a great app but why do you have to pay for to chat with people like at this point you just want money from people, you have to pay to say more texts to people but after like 3-4 texts you have to pay if you wanna say something more things, that’s so ridiculous why even add that? People even don’t reply to the texts I say, and also this is just a copy of Snapchat it’s like if Tinder and Snapchat had a baby. This is a complaint I want this to be fixed now I don’t really like how you have to pay to send more messages to people like one time I was bonding with this person for a sec then a thing came up saying that I have to pay more to message like bro the person was literally waiting for me to reply and then kept texting me saying “huh selin why aren’t you saying anything?” but I’m glad she gave me her snap, now we have been friend for 3 months and I forgot I had this app so I decided to write a review.

Some fake users and content sellers.
So many trying to sell content. Potentially a lot of guys pretending to be girls too for close talk to other guys. Also freezes sometimes when in conversation with a notification saying that the other user may have deleted their profile. So you can’t continue chatting only for it later to be fine and chat as normal but it delays the conversation which is annoying. Still some work on verifying accounts on here.

Gone down hill.
Whatever the developers have done recently with this app has made it 10x worse. They say “make addchat more safe” yet you cant post any sort of caption about anything. You get your post removed if youve no shirt on, you get it removed if the caption is “unsafe”. What is deemed unsafe? That is the question i want to know without reading their stupid terms and conditions. Addchat you used to be so much better. What a shame!
