Ok user interface on app. However very poor customer service and money grabbing tendencies - through a fault of electric bike was unable to close tail box for several minutes, hence missing my onward transportation to great inconvenience. Whizascoot not understanding and refuse to refund the trip. For the same trip, a parking fine was issued for €23, Whizascoot have charged €33 which includes a €9,99 “processing fee”. Really sad to see such profiteering behaviour. In conclusion: when it’s good it’s okay, but when it’s bad they are very unhelpful and only want your money. Steer clear.
