Not working
I am in a bit of a situation. Setting up for the open house and minutes before we start, I was asked to update and that was ok. But then it’s not working and I can’t login at all.-Joyce
Can't find all listings, no manual entry.
Pros: Captures & Syncs well with KVCORE.
Cons: Kvcore will automatically text & nurture the lead via text & email. You have to manually turn it off for each contact!
Also, not all listings can be found, and no manual entry!
Developers, please fix these flaws or I'll look for another CRM.LiveSF

So disappointed
I was so happy and looking forward to offering kvCore Open House I brought a new Tablet just to use this app at my open house but so far this is my 2nd open house were the system can’t find the address of the MLS ID for the listing. Sadly the system brings up other properties and I can’t enter my listing manually. I reached out 2 weeks ago and nothing no help.Show lessMalika0980
Can’t change picture
No matter how many times I change the picture it doesn’t work. Super annoying.albfjcjsnd
Need notes
The form is fabulous but there needs to be a way we can add notes to the attendees. By the end of a open house I can not remember who is who and what we talked about. On paper I was able to just right these things next to their sign in. Note taking is essential but this app does not allow.Alden E
Need Improvement
Does not allow manual entry of a house or if a listing is entered from another non-primary MLS. In a large brokerage that have numerous offices and thousands of agents who host open houses for their colleagues it would be helpful to be able to create a manual entry. Currently agents have to pivot to find another similar open house app for visitors to sign in.

Needs Work
Has great potential as long as it syncs your contacts. My thing is I would like to be able to customize my questions and add other questions not offered. I would also like to be able to make notes about the client that signed in so I remember who they are. Kinda pointless otherwise.Cookie26
iPad Pro Problems
The formatting is buggy on the IPad Pro. The “Welcome” menu is shown as
“Welco
me”
I love the integration with KV Core but it’s embarrassing to have a shotty sign in system. Almost would rather have pen and paper sign in._Jordansolomon
