Notifications doesn’t work to my text message

I love this app
I love this app so much. I work third shift and use this app to watch the market and call me when alarms that I set go off. This app is user friendly, and while the free version is good, it is well worth the price for the plans with more features. I’ve used this app for years and it is 10/10.
App is down!!! 911!!! Help!!!
I have loved this app for several years. Recently, it’s just stopped working. Every screen, every search attempt, everything I do just creates a screen that spins for eternity. I have rebooted, checked for updates, deleted app and redownloaded it and every single screen from creating an acct/login, to searching to stocks, to trying to create alarms, all it does it spin. I haven’t even gotten an error after at least 5 min of spin.
Dear Devs, please, for the love of all that is sacred, fix whatever broke on this app. I miss it. A lot. It’s freaking amazing when it works right and I LOVE how it calls your phone, rather the only a text or email, when a price alert you’ve set is triggered. I have tried to email but haven’t gotten a response and this is the only other way to get the “something is broke” message across.

Notifications
I am not receiving any notifications after signing up for a week trial, and yes the notifications are enabled.
