Crashes every single time
iPhone 15 pro max, controller, game crashes either after first tutorial level, on launch or just after selecting save.

Good game
I love playing this game but when I complete a weekly goal nothing happens I click it so many time but it still won’t work and daily goals reset every time play a level but this still a fun game
I know I already made a review but I have one more thing to say 💢
So the game SUDDENLY CRASHES for no reason and the progress on the daily reward season thingy whatever it is IS Deleted LIKE BRUH and all my emotes that I got from it WERE DELETED not my clothes but EMOTES that’s like the second worst thing ever to lose in this game BRUH and I’m not having the other people’s problems but LIKE FIX THEM we are tired of literally waiting a month for a response and all we get is a &$#@ update that’s something silly or just a season 🫤 plz plz plz plx PLEASE PLEESE PRETTY PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME PLEEEEEEAAAAAASSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE 👁️♨️👁️

App Crashes
I loved playing this game, however, it crashes upon opening the app. The game has three slots to play in. The first slot that I used, I got an error and it said that the data was corrupted and to use a different slot. I proceeded to use the 2nd slot. After 6 months or so, I got the same error, so I began using the 3rd and final slot. After a year or so, it too became corrupted and now I can no longer play the game. I hope Bandai Namco reads these reviews and fixes their app/game.

Easy to lose progress
Closed the game, lost all progress. It is fun, but how am I supposed to make progress?

Best game no updates needed EXCEPT IT KICKS ME OUT AT RANDOM TIMES AND I HAVE TO WAIT A Certain RANDOM AMOUNT OF TIME TO PLAY IT AGAIN! If others are having this problem then can you fix it? And don’t think my tablet is not good it’s only a few months old, if others aren’t having this problem. Please fix the problem but if this review is on the most helpful reviews list whoever is reading this DOWNLOAD this game it’s really fun and I recommend it to others 😁

Why does it delete my emotes?
Nice game! Love it and all, but I have 2 things. 1: why does it delete my emotes? Every time I get out, my emotes get reset, so every time I get back, I have to pick my emotes again. 2: the most important… WHY do I never get the color blue in the battle arenas?!?! I just want to be blue, but I have never gotten blue. Please change that.

FIX THE GAME
Ok the game is fun I really enjoyed it the adventure mode can be a bit better but cosmetics are good enough. My problem with the game is that it always crashes now I can get in the app. The last update was almost a year ago and they left it in a buggy state. All I’m asking is fix the bugs or at least make it playable.

Loved this game for 18 months, but despite reaching out to Bandai Namco on seven separate occasions, a bug in the iCloud save-game routines has corrupted all save data and the game is now unplayable.
Despite assurances that the issue would be escalated and resolved, there have not been any updates since January 2024, which leads me to believe that development has been abandoned.
Tremendously disappointing that a great version of the PacMan genre has ended like this… 1 star.
