New feature: Page navigation Due to the further development of the PartnerPortal, the navigation has become somewhat confusing in places. We have therefore revised and tidied up the navigation. Some items have been summarised in drop-down submenus. Where menu items have been renamed, you will find small question mark symbols that show you the previous name. New feature: ServicePortal - Homepage In order to shorten the way to the desired information in the ServicePortal, we have removed the previous start page of the ServicePortal. You can now go directly to the question tree of a product. You can then change the product above the question tree. Older products can be accessed by clicking on "Show more" on the right-hand side of the screen. The items previously located on the start page of the ServicePortal, such as firmware updates, spare parts search (3D images) etc., can now be found on the question tree page in the search bar on the right-hand side of the screen.

The PartnerPortal has been updated to version 1.2.1. In addition to various optimisations and adjustments, the update contains the following new features in particular: New feature: News Optimising communication with you is an essential concern for us. We have therefore completely revised the system for technical innovations. In particular, it has been made more dynamic, faster and more present and can now be found on the PartnerPortal homepage. As usual, you will receive emails with news, which are now also supplemented by push notifications when using the corresponding apps. Our aim with this system is to inform you more quickly about changes of any kind so that you are always up to date. New feature: Documents A few weeks ago, we informed you separately about the new display format of the "Handbuch Kalb" on our website. We have now also enabled this system in the PartnerPortal and have already applied it to some documents in the ServicePortal and in the download area. New feature: Academy statistics An overview of the training status of all employees is now available to managing directors in the Tools area. Use this to check the progress of your employees and, if necessary, schedule time for further training for your colleagues.
