Hi developers I absolutely love this app it’s amazing, I love it so much it’s just great and I love designing. And I give you a 5 star for that. But recently I have come across a couple problems. Because I have used this app for a while but I had to delete it because I didn’t have Enough space but the I got more space so I could get it again and other reason. But now when
1.)
my designs that I made have been deleted, but not the designs from last time not those ones that’s not what I’m talking about. The design I made this time
2.)
When I try to sign in and or sign up it just says this link has expired
3.) if I try to make a design I choose what I want to make, what shape and that stuff but when it’s loading It does NOT download at all I no joke waited for 1 whole hour, and I’m not exaggerating I did. And I can’t get in to make my designs

I logged into HomeByMe after a while like I do everyday. But suddenly all my projects and collections disappeared as if I’m new to the app. Which I’m not. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or what. Please get back to me. You probably won’t but it’s worth a tryAMBigMaMa

I downloaded this app recently thinking 🧐 I would have to pay 💰 but I don’t (the first one I’ve found)!!!! Reasons why you should get this is:
Great 👍 for designing or re-designing a house or studio etc., for me it’s therapeutic in a way, you can have a branded item (but wish there were some more Uk based company’s) and LOADS MORE!!!!!!
Improvement ideas to make it great to excellent:
If they could improve having more Uk brands that would do furniture and stuff (sorry already mentioned it) and maybe some tutorials for people to find and lastly when I was trying to uses stairs I wasn’t sure how to do it but I’m sure there’s a way (that I don’t know😅) but in conclusion this is great fun and inspiration for your real life!!!!

Love the app but i wish there's an optto save favourite designs like for wall/floor for example so I'm not adding the wall one by one. I like this so far otherwise!nsmkn123

It won’t let me sign in, I keep putting in my username, password and my email and it won’t let me press the plus button to make somethingthe payment is trash
Unable to sign in using app
Unable to sign in to app, the error is the “link has expired”! The support is useless. Unable to paste the link used directly from online page. The one star is for a app performance! The design bits are great!koko£££££koko
Great for beginners
The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is because there are such limited options; beds, decorations, windows and doors, desk options, I haven’t seen any light fixtures yet either. Using both the app and the website I can’t figure out how to configure extra space when using a quarter turn staircase, I haven’t figured out how to make a porch (not sure that’s possible), or creating the roof for the final look. Maybe I’ll be able to figure it out, but I’ve created a few different projects and for what this program is (free) it’s pretty darn good!Show lessLolo&MaevesMom

Thanks for your feedback. Do not hesitate to take a look at our Youtube channel on which we publish many tutorials. They are done with HomeByMe website and not mobile app but you should be able to do pretty the same process on the app. You have one video for roof creation for example that came out lately.Issue signing in
The app seems ok, I’ve did a quick test and it’s pretty straightforward to use. However you need to have an account to access more features which I’m happy to do except that it’s impossible to create an account. The sign up process bugs! Such a shame for that the developers are not doing anything about this as based on reviews it seems that I’m not the only one having these issues!Show lessThierryD23
I’m so glad this exists
I have so many ideas and I am horrible at explaining them. Our house has a weird layout and we can’t seem to agree on what to do with it, this app has been so helpful! There’s a learning curve, but it’s user friendly and has great features. I love that I can do it on my computer and phone.corndogdays
Love it but heartbroken
I spent over 8 hours designing a home to show my boyfriend. It was so easy to use and I absolutely love this app, but it randomly reset my entire project back to square one. I am absolutely heartbroken as it was almost finished. Absolutely nothing saved. Not sure if anyone else encountered an issue like this.Show lessTatortott22
