I think is could be a really great game but it keeps crashing so much you can move forward. It also take a long time to reload. I’m sorry to say I’m going to delete the game.aghjcgtxd

We keep optimizing game to make most of players have better experience. The game would operated more fluently when the RAM is more than 2G. This doesn’t include my morning. Sent out farmers to farm.. went to work for my 8hrs. I keep receiving 5-10 notifications of farmers coming back to base. This is 5-10 per farmer... not overall. I should receive one notification per farmer. Furthermore I’m getting notified of other things as well, 5-10 for my ap being refilled, or every thirty minutes getting notified for a one time log in reward. I leave notifications on because I’m active in this game.... I need them... but I need them to work properly. Literally nothing happened to my base or troops. 100+ notifications. That’s ridiculous. I will be restricting my spending from this game until I see that its fit for my money.

Poor costumer service and support representatives
I’ve been playing this game for a little over a month now. Had a great experience, loved the set up, and characters. I found a really cool guild to join and would take to my guild mates almost daily. But 2 days ago I got a new phone and downloaded the app, thinking I would be able to enter my information and be able to get back to things on my account. Not the case I had to make a new account and start fresh. So I messaged the support staff with all the information of my profile and receipts of in game purchases I made. I spent $30 plus on this game, and the best they could tell me was they wished me a speedy recovery on my new profile. Didn’t even give me a reason why they couldn’t retrieve my old account. That being said save yourself sometime. Yes, this game looks fun and has a lot to offer. But if something happens they expect you to start fresh regardless how much money you’ve spent. You could bind your account with Facebook in old device, then you could login it in new device. But the game data is different between Android device and ios device, you could not login the account from android device in your IOS device through same Facebook. Thanks for your understanding. While playing the game, a glitch happened where 132,000 out of 138,000 of my resource and time heavy troops just literally disappeared. Wrote a trouble ticket and got a response within two days saying that due to abnormal server activity my troops were lost, that they had fixed the issue, and my troops had been returned. FALSE. I wrote them back stating they hadn’t and was basically told to wait patiently that it would be dealt with. Patiently I wait until I got another message saying, we have heard from you in a while, we hope you are happy with the support given. I wrote, back saying how I still have received my troops back and now they are closing my ticket. The response that came back was we doubt checked our records and no abnormal troop behavior. I don’t even want to mention how much real money was lost and it isn’t just me. A buddy in the same guild got charge for the $100 pack he bought and never received it. The game concept is interesting. However, there are some fundamental flaws. It allows unlimited attempts by players to attack your base. Leaving you with a huge repaid bill that takes days to resolve. By which point I'm sure the next kill event will be on and ir will start over. You should really get a mandatory shield after the first attack. However, then it wouldn't be forcing you to spend money to repair and level up. Also there's no level restriction, so bases 10 times more powerful than you can attack. There doesn't seem to be a limit on how powerful you get, so unless you spend houndred/thousands you'll never catch up. There's a lot better games out there that you can enjoy at a fraction of the cost. I really wouldn't bother with this one. I've played clash for years, spent some money and SC seem to do OK, this one is just unnecessarily greedy. If it had some balancing, that allows smaller players to catch up whilst being able to play against similar smaller players then it would be fine, but it doesn't so it's not.Show lessStokie Steve

This is a great fun game. It can get glitchy in the heat of a battle but the most annoying thing is the favouring of Chinese players. To get anywhere decent costs money and the Chinese players are paying next to nothing for major packs. I realise this when the game glitches and showed me the HK dollar price of packs. This gives all the Chinese based players a massive advantage and ruins the game. So unless your willing to be frustrated by this type of game play, I would advise you don’t download.Show lessSirfy

Good Game has potential to be something good if they don’t let Pay 2 play win
I’ve been playing for about 23 days now and I’ve been for the most part entertained by small side missions and the tedious grinding “if you don’t like grinding you may not like this game” so ive been enjoying it as well as the random events that also keep me coming back I think it’s well thought out I feel they could be more generous and not make certain commanders only available thru purchase “hence Kat and Chloe” but I think the dev team has done a great job but their responses to questions and concerns in game have been a great disappointment as it seems they give small answers for problems that require much more thought then what they give you in return. If the support team could get stepped up a little better I think the game would be a 5* no problem. But it also have the potential to easily go to a one star if the Dev team doesn’t listen to its community I’ll update my reviews every now and again so I’ll keep people who real these up to date with my opinion.Show lessACloseToQuittingPlayer
This game has no support system
This game has no balancing mechanics
No core components that make this game fare for any new player. One reason player or clan that owns the government of the server makes all rules events and calls the shots for almost everything that deals with the core game. No shield when you are attacked no cool down on assaults the game is a moneygrab when it comes too buying upgrades to your battle babes and other items do not waste your time on this game if you are trying to start any sort of clan or community with your core friends you would likely get absorbed into a clan or bullied away from playing this game. This is probably pointless writing this because the game Arthur might hide it from being read. Anyways if you want a game that has rules and you get a chance to grow then go somewhere else. Expensive Game
I played this game for several weeks and spent a fortune. In the beginning it was fun but got to be rather repetitive. Once you join a guild there is tremendous pressure by the rest of the members to get stronger, which means to spend more money. In the end it doesn’t really make a difference because there are always players that are stronger than you which destroy what you and your hard earned money have built. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these stronger players are the developers themselves destroying weaker players in order for the weaker ones to spend more money.
