Milluu does all these tasks and more: tenant financial risk analyze, utilities payment management, technical emergencies insurances, etc. The tenants have access to a portfolio of high quality & ready-to-move apartments and a fully digital renting experience: sign the contract or pay the rent and utilities expenses in the app. Additionally, the rental agreement includes an insurance policy for all properties in the apartment as well as an emergency technical assistance package for any failure of plumbing, electrical or district heating.
