  • Best Social & Dating App for Autistic Adults

I’ve tried many other friendship & dating apps in the past, and Hiki is by far my favorite. Elegantly designed interface, users can tap on profiles in the stack to match with other members for love or friendship, and News Feed provides further opportunities for members to connect through community posts & comments.

I have so many good things to say about this app, but here’s my favorite part — with Hiki, it’s super easy to meet like-minded individuals and make new friends & connections. So if you’re an adult on the Autism Spectrum who is looking for friendship or love then consider giving Hiki a try! You won’t regret it.

  • Why is the Minimum Distance 100 Miles

I think this app is pretty great in design especially compared to the other autistic dating app Uneepi which looks like a MySpace page from 2001. My biggest complaint against this app is that you cannot lower the maximum distance below 100 miles. WHO THE HELL WANTS TO MATCH WITH PEOPLE WHO LIVE A STATE OR MORE AWAY?!?! This app would be near perfect if you could lower the maximum distance to 20 miles or lower. Make it happen developers!

  • Needs upgrades

It needs a filter system to let you limit how far away you see folks, and if you’re into dating from a certain age to a certain age then that’s gotta be on there too.
  • It’s Ok

It’s Ok but it doesn’t work if you narrow your search criteria
  • Good idea but needs lots of work

The app needs to have a feature where you can select your preferred age. Also they need much more users as their was only about 5 users within 10 miles of me. But apart from those issues the generally app was designed very well.
  • Very middle of the road

I’ve made a few friends on Hiki. The community is pretty chill, although many would say it’s quite small (which isn’t the dev’s fault). It’s a good starting point for meeting people, but the UI is honestly ugly and it’s not a great messaging app. Many of the previous concerns have been addressed
  • 3 stars

I like the idea of an autistic dating app. And I’m glad someone finally did it. However, I think there needs to be improvements. Seeing the same exact accounts over and over everyday is exhausting. Also, I have my preferences set on women only. But it keeps showing me guys, trans women, and non binary. So I give this 3 stars

  • Love watching this app grow.

A great way to meet others on the spectrum from around the world.
  • Harassed On Hiki

I got harassed by a guy on the HiKi application and this application does NOT have any options to block the guy, and no way I could report him, which is why I deleted the application. That, and the screen is all glitchy whenever I text message guys on there and get a match at the same time. Please fix these issues.

  • It’s ok, i guess

I’ve been on this app for awhile now and i haven’t had any responses until i made a post to see if anyone wanted to be Nintendo Switch friends to play video games together. I put in my profile specifically ‘Looking for Friendship,’ and it seems that 2 guys already have crushes on me. The problems? They don’t live in the United States and I’m not looking for romance. I swear i attract the wrong people at the wrong time.
