Navisworks Plugin Navisworks 2019, 2020, 2021 Note: We support geometry, materials and metadata. Navisworks supports a very wide range of data, and Reflect will not support everything in this first version. Revit 2021 Support Note: Revit 2018 is still supported, but will not be maintained, following Autodesk’s policy of supporting the past 3 versions Sketchup 2020 Support (Beta) Cloud Support This version of Reflect exposes Cloud support to all users, as a Beta feature. Users now have the option to host projects on the Cloud. This allows users to push data to their mobile devices without having to be on the same network Note: This feature is in Beta and should not be relied on for production. Reflect Viewer Improvements Reflect Viewer is available on the Mac AppStore! Improved the default Visual Fidelity We’ve adjusted the settings for the “High” Quality settings: Changed Forward Renderer to Deferred Renderer PostEffect adjustments: Slight Bloom increase, activated ScreenSpace Reflection, Tone Mapping set to ACES, anti-aliasing set to fast mode Glass Transparency value decreased, making glass more transparent Improved navigation Releasing the Two Finger Drag gesture on Mobile no longer returns to original position Reset Position Button will return a user to the original model position Teleport mode Sun Study Tool Missing materials will now be displayed grey instead of teal Downloading models will be about 4x faster Reflect Dashboard A new Reflect Dashboard is now available! You will find a Reflect icon in your system tray. Thisdashboard will allow you to monitor export progress, manage projects and servers. Progress bar is now independent from the host application. This allows a progress bar to be present in applications that don’t monitor progress, like Sketchup, and allows us to be more accurate. The Reflect Dashboard now allows you to delete specific models (sources) from a Reflect project Installer Standalone Reflect Server In previous versions, Reflect required a host application, like Revit, to be installed. In this new version, Reflect installs a standalone system tray icon so users can manage their server settings from there Editor Workflow A new tool in Reflect allows you to convert between Built-in, URP & HDRP Reflect Viewer available on Git New Viewer API in preview A new runtime data pipeline that allows to customize the way Reflect data is ingested in the runtime, making it easier to leverage metadata and create custom behaviors. A new streaming feature that progressively streams objects in the scene, allowing for larger models to be supported Better viewer architecture, making it easier to maintain & update your custom viewer over multiple development cycles Detailed documentation with examples and sample code Notable Bug Fixes (AEC-585) Fixed an issue where the Reflect UI would sometimes be stuck behind Revit, making it look like Revit crashed.

Price History of Unity Reflect Review

Description of Unity Reflect Review

Unity Reflect is a BIM design and coordination solution that connects all project members on one immersive, collaborative, real-time platform regardless of device, model size, or geographic-location. Transfer your BIM data from Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, and Rhino into real-time 3D experiences on a range of devices in AR and VR to bridge the gap between design and construction. Unity Reflect allows you to: • Visualize BIM (Building Information Modelling) models on your phone or tablet by connecting to a Unity Reflect server. • Open a live link and see changes made to the model in your design application reflected in real time in the Unity Reflect app. • Filter your model based on its BIM metadata and highlight systems and components independently. • View your model in augmented reality in world-scale In order to make your model available to the Unity Reflect app, you must first publish it to a Unity Reflect server. To do so, simply install a Unity Reflect plugin in your design application (Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, Sketchup, Rhino) and tap the Export or the Sync button.

  • Almost Good

With just a few tweaks this app could be great. We need the ability to locate image targets from within Revit so the target placement is perfect - not just a guess. Tabletop AR, corner placement and any other placement method that isn’t exact is a waste of time. Also object occlusion needs to be enabled. With these 2 tweaks the app would see a lot more buy in from construction professionals.
