Don’t waste your time
App is junk. It’s very buggy and hard to use. I was charged $100 because my fiancé and I wanted to try it. We rented 2 bikes, which you need an account for each one. After we were done we brought it to the same place we got it and were charged $100 for a “wrong drop location”. Still trying to get the money back. Customer service is not answering and Email doesn’t work.
Absolute trash. Please save yourself the frustration and go for a walk.Show lessnelsonoj5
Sign up process in app doesn’t work
I tried to sign up and Im still waiting for the 4 digit OTP code. I tried multiple phone numbers within Ontario and no text.
Why is there a 16 character limit on the password? Isn’t longer passwords more secure?honest-anonymous-review
