Crashes everytime
I do not know why it crashes everytime i wanna enter to Play cannot even stay a second in the App because it's bugging a lot

Just redownloaded this after falling out of it for a while as I came to check this out from The Tower, and my no ads purchase had vanished along with all my progress, im not upset about the progress because I’m all for resets like this but I sent an email to support at like 5am here in the UK and within minutes I had a response, top tier

Fix a problem
The game is great but there’s a problem with the geyser on the bottom right the balls get stuck there and the geyser won’t shoot them back to the middle or the to other side so the geyser on the left will shoot all the balls to the right side and they just sit there please fix the problem I believe when the geyser was copied and pasted it wasn’t flipped so the water is spraying in the wrong direction it’s a simple fix just flip the right bottom geyser please

VIP Ball Change
They decided to fix the VIP balls multiplying with the gate splitting and now all the people who got so high using that keep their progress that would be impossible without that glitch. Now everyone is basically stuck where they are. Lower people will never be able to come close to the higher people. I see why they want to fix it but this will most likely ruin the game for almost everyone. That’s part of what made the game fun. Such fast increases were cool to see and you had to do research to figure out how to really progress in the game. I will most likely delete the game but I will see how things have changed first.

When can I unlock more cards?
I’ve been playing this game for about a year and I see there’s plenty of other cards to unlock. I have unlocked 16 out of the 30 cards and even maxed out a few. Why can’t I unlock any mystery cards? Also, when are you coming out with more levels?
