Really Bad

This is a horrendous experience. I have no idea how to find my membership information. No way to change billing info. No idea when membership renews or ends. Can’t find my account online, have to use the app. App experience is sub par. This whole program needs a ton of work.

Where’s my tee time?

Appears that once you reserve a tee time you can’t go back and retrieve it.

App needs improved

Can’t see history of tee times, can make but can’t revise.

Set a default club

Great app. As a future enhancement could you give the user the ability to set a “home” club in the app so the app goes directly to the club?

New app not friendly

Arcis and ezlink never have been easy to use.

Not Good, Needs Work

The app needs a lot of work and unlikely I’ll use it again until it changes. Would like to be able to manage my Arcis membership, which I love! The app doesn’t even recognize membership at all. We don’t need an app to just manage tee times and we definitely don’t need a rangefinder app nor would it ever compare to the great ones we already use! Retool this app please and make it more useful to the member and membership.

Made a once okay app a very poor one

The former app was easy to use, remembered your favorite courses, flowed nicely between the screens, provided booking acknowledgements and more. The new app seems more like a skin on top of the EZLINKS booking engine with many of the former features missing. Too bad.

Prime membership, not so prime app

I’ve been a prime user for years and all of a sudden apparently I don’t exist anymore. They are unable to figure out why I can’t login on the mobile app, so I have to call each course and ask for prices which is absolutely ridiculous. And when I ask for a subsidy for my membership since it’s the most expensive one you can get, the support team doesn’t help at all. Brutal.

New Version of App

Easier to make tee times than prior app. Prepay no longer required. 3 stars because you can’t see what tee time you’ve already reserved or any history of when you played. Seems like very basic and easy info to program.

The app has become virtually useless to me. I an aware that Arcis experienced a system failure that disabled their booking, billing and phone functions but my understanding is that this has been resolved. Nonetheless whenever I attempt to reserve a Prime Member tee time through the app I get an error message…this despite knowing my membership is active and up to date. Very frustrating. Needs to be addressed.
