Cannot get set up
My husband tried several times and I tried several times. Neither of us can get this to connect! We have both connected numerous devices to Bluetooth on our iPhones. This one will not connect. It was a complete waste of money!cantfindanickname@#
Outdoor smart plug
Way too complicated. I couldn’t get it working and I’m taking it back. I don’t want to freeze standing in the cold trying to figure out how or why the app isn’t working.Gallerygal1
Garbage
App is unresponsive 95% of the time but only with one plug. Even sitting beside my partner and we both open the app, his works and mine says device offline. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, didn’t work. Tried resetting to factory settings on the device, still no luck. Don’t even get me started on the absolute nightmare it is to actually pair the device with the app. Also likes to randomly turn itself on and off at completely random times.Show lessLhfafjrfbdsukseybarjdehge
Worst thing I ever bought
Buggy can’t connect to my phone or other phone (iPhone,google,Samsung) when in pairing mode it start to light power and close power everytime it flashes ! Well I even throw it in the garbage can 30 min after trying every pairing method . Worst thing ever bought in my life ! *china*Calisstbk

Very unreliable for outdoor smart plug
I got this app to control a westing house outdoor smart plug, I used the app schedule to control the car block heater, it wouldn’t turn on half of the time, app has lots of great features, but smart plug not functions properly, I switched to Kasa smart plug!!Denials 98657

Device unresponsive
After using the smart plug for a while with my Alexa the device goes offline whenever I’m not on the app and now even when on the app it is unresponsive. Just buy a genuine brand plug so you don’t have to download their app to use the plug.lil.fappy
It does what I need
Using this to grow “tomatoes”. The one thing I notice is that I have to reset my password quite often. Other than that it does what I want, I currently have my humidifier, and fan on a timer. No issues.TheLindsays'
