Love the game but not happy that when I finish a picture I sometimes don't get my coins it just does not give me anything even does it on the timed one This time they stoped working and when I had to uninstall and reinstall it took all my 2000. Coin

Pictures Gone
I love this app and have been playing it for a couple years now. Last week I upgraded my iPhone to the 16 Pro Max. This morning the app was working fine. This evening when I tried to open the app it was extremely slow so I shut my phone off, waited a few minutes and turned it back on thinking this would cure the issue. When I went to open the app again all my pictures that were completed were gone as well as the ones that were in cue. Please help me resolve this problem. Thank you.

No points when done
I love this game but it seems like every other time I finish a cross stitch it says I’m only 99%done $ I don’t get any points. Other than that, it’s great and I would change my 4 star rating to a 5 star.

Please fix
The pictures don’t load up on my iPad y’all really need to fix this, I love playing but I can open up the pictures but I cannot color the please fix.

Doesn’t work properly
I would like to give a higher rating but I finish a picture & it doesn’t give me credit for it & sits at 99% the payout is already low enough that you have to limit the time you play.

Stupid app
Won’t play offline. Ads interrupt the game. Button are difficult to get unless you spend money.
Credit didn’t go through
I purchased the highest credit and charge went through on bank but credit never showed on the account. No where on the app to review the purchase or what to do. :( I like the app but this is concerning. Also did they store my payment how do I remove that now. Wish there was more visibility when it comes to purchases.

No more 99%
I absolutely love this game. I have it on my phone and on my tablet. I play it so long on my phone that my eyes go blurry where I can’t see anything but the shaded letter or number. What I absolutely cannot Stand and I’m sure everyone else will agree that whether you pick a picture between 70 by 70 or 250 by 250 you get down to that very last letter and your left with it saying 99%. That is the most blood boiling thing that could happen.
Whoever changes from just a drawing to what we are cross-stitching needs to go back over it because we’re losing our money on those pictures when we don’t get to complete them.

Huge dissatisfaction
Don’t get me wrong I live for this game I love it but when I try to scroll far down for a picture I like the game restarts it won’t let me scroll I’ve been trying for months straight now and all it does it restart the game every-time I scroll and all you replied with was “be more specific ” I am specific FIX THE PROBLEM
