Reviews of Warmboard

  • Not up to par with the brand

The system itself (warmboard) is great! And a premium is paid for that system. There’s an obvious weak link in the warmboard chain - the app. It’s a joke. Reward your customers that have paid a hefty penny for your system with an app that’s representative of the quality of the brand. It seems like an afterthought.
  • App is very basic

I’ve been using this app for 18 months now and it only does the basic on/off vacation mode. This past week I turned it off vacation mode at noon and when we arrived at the house at 9 pm it was still cold. The thermostat had a message that it couldn’t communicate with the boiler. Now THAT would have been a useful thing to know in advance! All it required for me to do was toggle the boiler off/on which I can do via a smart plug (can you sense that I’ve had to do this before?).
I was told over a year ago that new features would be coming but I’m not holding my breath as nothing has changed yet. This app could be so much better and the data is available, since all the information is being sent to the company anyways.
  • Work but almost not worth it…

While the app works…I mean…it is missing 99% of the features it should have.
