Horrible app.
My first problem with this app is there is no voice commands which makes it so I cant access many things. My second problem is there is SO many ads, they make enough money with the product in real life. My third problem is why do we have to pay for “a premium remote” it’s like we already bought the product why do we need to pay for it again? This app is motivating me to find my remote istg.

The connection
It takes a while to connect to the tv. Once connected, if your phone goes into sleep mode you have to take the time to reconnect. Other than that it’s a total life saver.

While I have enjoyed using this app. The price is to expensive for people on one income trying to raise their kid. It did hold me over until I could afford a new remote.
Remote keeps disconnecting
Very dissatisfied as each time we put tv on the remote won’t work and we have to unplug everything from behind the tv which sometimes works and mostly doesn’t.
Do not get if you have issues with patience.
I got this app because my Nanna’s original remote randomly stopped working and I wanted to be able to watch Netflix. Well, I do all the connecting steps and it never connects easily. It will sometimes connect, but then the touch pad is slow and nothing moves on the screen and as soon as my phone shuts off, I have to go through the process all over again just for it to never work and if it does work, it takes me back to the fire tv Home Screen so that I have to deal with the lagging again or for it to not work at all. I have tried everything for it to connect but it is just a waste of my time. This is ridiculous and useless. I DO NOT recommend this junk app.

Remote problems…
I downloaded this because my Firestick TV remote randomly stopped working and I don’t know how to fix it. It wasn’t the batteries. So I liked that you were able to use this without the remote however it was constantly disconnecting from my TV and then I didn’t have remote. I’ve tried multiple things sometimes if I restarted my phone would work again, so I tried deleting the app and re-uploading it to my phone and I had originally paid the 9.99 one time lifetime fee and it’s not recognizing it and telling me to pay again to use it…. Yes, there’s a spot that says restore purchases, but it does nothing when you click it.

Scammed me on my lifetime subscription when I got new phone.
I paid for the lifetime subscription to use remote without apps. I lost my phone and re-downloaded app- that is linked to my Apple ID- and I can’t restore purchase. The button that says “restore purchase” doesn’t actually take you anywhere, I emailed there support team and no response. Scam.
