FIX IT!!!
THIS APP IS HORRIBLE! LOGGING IN TAKES SOOOOO LONG TO BRING UP THE INFO… THE CIRCULAR THING JUST KEEPS SPINNING AND SPINNING … EVENTUALLY YOU GET IN AND THEN WHEN TRYING TO SEE ACTIVITY AND IT NEVER POPULATES … JUST KEEPS SPINNING. I AM DIZZY AND FRUSTRATED… FIX IT!!!!
Poor design, full of errors
There should be some advantage to an app over a website right? Well this is one of those apps that feels so poorly designed and so basic that it doesn’t need to exist. Functionalities are limited compared to the website and many times the app will become frozen or close due to a bug. It’s confusing why this app feels so half-baked. It really could have so much better functionality and support. No notice of indefinite system maintenance, no easy way to contact support, no FAQs or help desk, just redirections to your insurance for questions or concerns.

I keep responding to receipt/documentation request and it apparently never goes through. I’ve attached pdf and jpg images but I keep getting messages that you need documentation. [mad]

Horrible customer service
I’m sorry if you accidentally lock yourself out of your account and need help resetting. I spent 3-1/2 hours trying to contact customer service. My call was continuously terminated. When I finally was able to speak to someone, I tried to make them aware of the phone issue but I was disregarded. I called from 3 different phone numbers, so the problem was obviously on their end, and they don’t care. Very unpleasant experience.

How do I order a card I never recieved? Not enough selections to choose from that pertain to why I was denied and customer service is awful. Everyone I talk to gives me a different answer.

It is easy to use but the information is not up to date with the website. I wish BCBS were using another service rather than AccrueHealth.
