Two new training modes with graphs are added. First new graph is averaging real time IAP values over 5 second periods. Thus belt can effectively monitor IAP over extended time period (during running, biking etc. ) Second new graph screen is providing user with video recording side by side with the original real time graph. Now you can review client movement and correlate IAP level with movement in detail. Alarm (sound, vibration)option was added when values drop bellow set level.

It helps to track core activation level throughout various exercises - running, walking, bike riding, weight lifting, golfing and any other physical activity. Now you can detect and correct wrong postural reflex patterns with ease. In order to make this app work, you will need the Core360 belt version powered by the OhmTrak sensor.
The system helps to prevent back pain and sports injuries caused by muscle imbalance, it also helps to boost performance through increased oxygen intake and more efficient reflex muscle activation.
