    last year i went and im going again this year if that tells you anything. absolute blast. not sure about the other person saying they had no service during the event cuz i had plenty service, change your phone carrier... 🤣

    anyway this app is great gives you info on just about everything you want to know in the upcoming days of the festival and especially during the festival. gives notifications about set switches and alot of other things. make sure you have this downloaded if your going!

    (also, they update the app a week or 2 before the event in case anyone is wondering!)

  • Summer smash

    It was my first time going this year and it wasn’t a good experience. I had bought a cooler and put food and cold drinks in it and I was told by the employees I couldn’t go to my car. Another problem was there was no service so I couldn’t check the map to know where to go. So the whole experience wasn’t the best but they might be better next year.

  • app is unusable because of NO SERVICE or Wi-Fi

    not sure where to complain but here seems fine. What is the point of having an app if literally none of your festival goers can even access it because of the area being an absolute DEADZONE. And the “free wi-fi” was a joke, it did not work for ANYONE i talked to. So many people are literally left stranded at the venue because of the lack of preparation for this amass of people. You can’t order an uber or lyft, or if you get lucky enough you have to memorize the license plate and hope you can find your car in the 6+ lines of ride share area because of the lack of service to even access the app. I’ve been to the venue before for large events and have never had such a horrible experience. it was a nightmare.
