Charged for a Job that was cancelled
Update: I got contacted by support eventually and a refund was issue with a promise for a free job next season. Updating rating because I eventually heard back.
My credit card was charged for a job that I never got someone to pickup which I eventually had to cancel, but I never got a refund. No info on the app to contact support, and Several attempts to reach the developers of this app with no luck. It’s been close to 3 weeks now and the snow is almost done melting, and I can’t even get a response back at the least. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Do not bother with this as it looks to me like a big ripoff!Show lessTolybee3
