Create token: when CVV validation is set to Required or MustPassOver in the user role settings, if the user swipes a card the application is not requiring to enter the CVV thus failing the token request creation after the submit button is pressed.
Sale/auth: when the disable receipts parameter is disabled in the request to load the application, it is not displaying the confirmation prompt to accept or reject a partially approved transaction.
Sale/Auth: after successfully processing a swipe/chipread transaction, the application is displaying them as Present when the WebAPI is actually returning "Not Present" for them.
