Down more than it’s up. Amazing that Tidemark is still in business with their data leak (that we members learned about 9 months after it happened) and bad service.
Fix app
You shouldn’t have to have a checking account here to work from the first screen you shouldn’t have to transfer funds instead you have to go to a second screen to use an offbrand app to pay your bill when you owe a lone
No mobile deposit
Since the latest iOS update, cannot use mobile deposit. The app freezes when trying to make a mobile deposit with no way to back out without completely closing and restarting.
Can’t direct deposit anymore
I love the app, but the latest update does not allow me to get past the screen orientation prompt when I turn the phone for landscape mode for the photo of the check. I even checked the orientation lock and it’s disabled. Please fix!
Great Mobile App!!!
This mobile app has been phenomenal. Easy to use, easy to navigate through, and I love that I can use my Face ID from my iPhone 11 to instantly login with no hassles. I never had an issue! I can do all I need to right in the mobile app!
Terrible update
Can not log in at all! I keep “resetting” with the password that’s given and it DOESNT ACCEPT it! I’ve tried 5 times!! And it just keeps making me start all over! TERRIBLE APP!
New app
Once they switched to this app I have been unable to login into online banking. I created a new password like it told me to then the website crashed, didn’t save my new password, and wouldn’t let me use the default password. I called to have it reset and it’s still saying the password is invalid. I’m switching credit unions.
