This app is apparently an elaborate practical joke intended to lure eager educators into downloading, only to offer a Server Error message coupled with a never-ending processing widget that implies the banality of evil this crapplication actually is. You can download any time you like, but you can never use.

We haven’t been able to replicate the issues you are describing and haven’t had any similar complaints. Please note that need to have an account on CPALMS in order to use this app and at this time, this is only available to Florida public school educators.
