Introducing: - Pinecone Peaks, USA - A massive resort that combines long pistes, large backcountry areas and a wide range of snow parks, with rails and kickers for all skill levels. - Ben Ailig, Scotland - Slushy spring skiing in the middle of farms, grazing land, gorges, and impressive rock formations. - Mount Fairview, Canada - A picturesque resort amid dense forests and slow rivers with flawlessly groomed slopes and thrilling Super G tracks. Multiplayer: Gather your friends, connect to the same Wifi and explore the mountains together. Compete in races or try out the new battle mode where you throw snowballs and plant rails to send your friends off the course. Up to 16 players can play together at once. Gameplay: The adventure starts at the bottom of Hirschalm, a sleepy ski resort in the midst of the alps. Strap on your skis or board and head down to the lift while picking up the basics like turning and jumping. Take the lift up to Almhütte and try your first slalom challenge. Completing challenges earns you Ski Passes which are used to unlock ski lifts which takes you to new parts of the mountain. As you advance up the mountain you have to tackle a variety of challenges like slalom, slopestyle, ski cross, and big air. Now perfect carving turns will not be enough but you also have to start practicing tricks, rails, and drops to complete the challenges. And don’t forget to get off the slopes and head into the backcountry areas. Apart from deep powder and clean lines, you will discover hidden challenges and secret Ski Passes. But be careful - outside the groomed runs there are bears, wolves, avalanches, falling trees, and other hazards waiting for you!

  • Fan-freaking-tactic!

5/24: Will there be another expansion??? Please take my money!!!!!!!! I’ve reset the game and played all the way through half a dozen times just to see how much quicker I could get. I need more mountains!!! (A GIANT open world 10,000 foot high mountain with a heli as the lift would be cool!)

I grew up in the mountains skiing, boarding, racing and eventually found my passion in competitive free skiing. After several years of getting my career in order and becoming a dad the lack of time in the mountains meant I could no longer be competitive, but that doesn’t men I will ever stop loving it. Now this game lets it continue at work and home. The graphics and snow effects, controls (once you get the hang of it) and scale of this game are as close as you’ll get to being on snow in an office chair. The variety of challenges and terrain are spectacular. There are times on timed GS courses or when landing a cliff just right that your muscle memory kicks in and you literally feel it as if you were there. Of course this won’t apply if you have never been on a board/s, but that is only one tiny reason you would not enjoy this game as much as I have. I have completed every challenge and double diamond all the way through the 2021 expansion so I hope this game goes viral and allows the developers to continue expanding it for many years to come. For now it’s all Zen mode! No complaints there!
  • One step from perfect…

The variety of turning controls makes for a realistic and fun skiing experience. However, I find it difficult to control speed on really steep terrain. Speed control turns are a fundamental part of skiing, and the game is missing an element of skill and strategy without that ability. In extreme terrain, you pretty much have to straight-line and hope you don’t fly off of, or into something. To deal with this, I’ve learned to use the downward slide hockey stop / brake function at the ends of my turns. This works. But feels and looks really unnatural because you are either in a high-speed GS turn or an all-out hockey stop. A suggestion to fix this would be to make the downward slide function a progressive stopping turn, so that the further down you slide, the more perpendicular your skis turn to the fall line and the faster you stop. Sliding down just a little would initiate a sliding turn that burns some speed off. You could still come to a complete stop by sliding all the way down. Changing this would make GMA the perfect skiing game!
  • Please consider these suggestions.

This game is the best and it would be tough to improve but here are some ideas that I would recommend! 1: Leaderboards for the expansion mountains! 2: Remove the red fail marks from places you’ve crashed! 3: A large Norwegian mountain with lots of terrain parks! You could have heli-skiing for the top and lifts for the bottom! 4: New tricks! Maybe the player could execute a mute grab by holding both pole icons? 5: Have the people who ski around be able to do real tricks! 6: be able to go into the houses! 7: Hide a secret mountain within another mountain in a place few people would dare to go! 8: Have a challenge that goes on the road where cars have to bump you for you to qualify! 9: Have all avalanches kill you! 10: It would be a fantastic feature to be able to make your own terrain parks! This EPIC game and I recommend getting the first pack and the expansion! -N0RR0NA
