Latest update fall 2023 is great
Had an incident where I was stranded as the digital key app wouldn’t let me log in to access/start vehicle. Polestar recently made an update and it’s the most stable it has ever been. They digital key works every time and loads quicker now!
Works great when it works
It works great and is convenient when it works. 95% of the times it doesn’t work and can’t connect to my vehicle. App says another digital key is connected to the vehicle and must be disconnected first. My device is the only digital key linked to the car. It’s so frustrating when I have to go back inside and get the physical key. It defeats the whole purpose of having the digital key app.
