  • Great service, old-school app

    The service is affordable and very convenient, delivering a car to near me in the province and dropping off the car at the train station. The rickety app is more than made up for by te fact they were so incredibly helpful over the phone. Hope it stays this good

  • Unable to use the app

    The developers don’t care whether you were able to use their services. The only thing that they care is to change you as much as they can.
  • Good idea but terrible execution

    This should be a great idea, but the whole thing is a mess. 1. The website and app are so badly written that it’s impossible to understand how it all works. 2. Having filled out all the information required to register, it then says you have to wait to be approved. There is zero information on how long this will take - it ended up taking 48 hours. Then there is no notification to say that you have been approved - so you have to guess or keep checking the app. 3. The billing choices have no detail around them. I chose to drop the car off at a different location and got charged €30 additional. No mention of that anywhere. 4. The process of renting a car is super painful. The app shows 100’s of locations, but it doesn’t tell you where a car is- they are just locations where a car can be delivered to - but you need to give 24 hours notice of a rental in any of these places (the app says it needs 4 hours, but when you call they then say they need another 18 hours, which makes no sense) - unless there is a car already there- but no way of knowing that online - so you end up having to phone them and wait for 10 mins to answer the phone. 5. The location of the car on the map and the address has v little detail and doesn’t link properly to Google maps etc- so you end up wandering up and down the road trying to find the car as there is no way of knowing exactly where it is. 6. You would think that there would be a comprehensive set of instructions on the website and in the car - but virtually nothing (other than a YouTube video in Italian only. That means you have to guess how the drop off process works, congestion charges, charging points etc etc it was only by chance that I realised that you have to activate the charging point using the supplied smart card. 7. Dropping off the car is just as bad as you have to guess where the parking spot is as the map is so bad. It’s a shame as the cars are good, but it feels like they spend all the money on the cars and had nothing left for the website and app. Unless you have the patience of a saint, avoid, avoid!

  • App is pretty bad, cars rarely available

    App doesn't look or function anything like the many vehicle sharing apps out in the world. There's no way to know if a car is available without commuting to booking it (and there is a penalty for cancelling a booking less than 18 hours in advance). You need to call to book immediately and even if you book in advance cars are often not available (50% based on my 4 attempts). So much potential for services like this. Come on Italy we can do better than this.

  • Pessima app - doesn’t work

    Che dire, da dove comincio?
    Potrei perdonare l’interfaccia obsoleta, lo scrolling stile anni 2000 per scegliere data e ora, la navigazione in generale… se non fosse che:
    - la schermata per modificare dati personali non salva le modifiche (provato tre volte)
    - impossibile caricare foto della patente, non viene salvata (provato 5 volte)
    - alla fine del processo di prenotazione, la mail informa che un credito di 50€ verrà trattenuto a inizio noleggio, quindi controllare di avere credito sufficiente. Sorvolo sulla macchinosità del meccanismo (sono cliente di car2go e evo in due Paesi diversi, è una passeggiata usarli e si paga a consumo… non in anticipo), cerco di aggiornare la mia cc ma naturalmente …la app non salva i dati. Ripetutamente.

    Peccato non si possa mettere una valutazione negativa, questa app riesce a meritarmela - e mi spiace, perché mi aspettavo un modo pratico ed efficiente per usare l’auto elettrica. Invece questo è
    un passionò sistema, farraginoso e inefficiente. Mi chiedo quanti utenti lo usino. 🤷🏽‍♀️

    Don’t bother using it, it won’t save your data and it’s not even remotely comparable to car2go or driveme. Obsolete navigation, useless waste of time trying to upload photos of the driving license (it doesn’t save them), or changing address details. All in all, a shame - it doesn’t deliver a decent service.

    Perhaps picking up a car at the parking without booking through the app is easier, who knows.

    I have never written a negative review before, but in this case I will make an exception and warn potential users, hopefully it will help.

  • Not clear policy

    First I booked my car as a silver profile. The app made my booking go through. However the next day they cancelled my booking sending me an email stating that I requested to cancel it plus they changed my account from silver to gold without consulting me. I called to ask explanations, the phone operator has the worst phone quality and after I asked twice to repeat, he literally answered shouting! What kind of customer service is this? He said that I have to charge my account at least 120€ when in the emails it says 60€.
