Thank you for your review. The app is available on smart phones and tablets. There is currently no web based version for computer use. The Card Reader issue was resolved in late April. Please reach out to our tech support at support@ginasplatform.com for instructions of how to repair the reader with your app.

Thank you for the feedback! It is most appreciated and will be of great use in our efforts to continuously improve the user experience on Gina's Platform. The chip reader issue was resolved in late April and we would love for you to give the software a second chance. I see that we refunded the cost of the reader. Could you please reach out and confirm that you received that? We do offer several payment options including QR/Text/Email payments that allow your client to pay from their device, and have just added card on file as an additional option. This option also allows you to enforce your cancellation and late fee policies. It is true that our help desk communicates through emails when you create a tech support ticket. However, we also work with users individual via phone call, text, and customized/personalized training videos when needed.
