Replica is an app that takes video from your iPhone or iPad and puts it onto your TV using screen mirroring.
Normally you'd need a device that supports AirPlay but not with Replica!

It works but with a bit of a delay. The broadcast video quality is excellent, but there’s no option to set the aspect ratio to part of the screen. That would be a very nice feature for sharing videos to a TV.
I'm not able to get the app to work with an iPhone if the TV is using that iPhone as a hotspot, but it will work in other scenarios.
After every use, it pops up a feedback form, even if if have the full version. This is annoying.
I’d appreciate if it worked on older devices, particularly iPadOS 13.3. It works from iPadOS 15.0 though which is still decent. If it worked on older devices I’d be able to recommend it to older relatives who would make better use of it than I do. I’m sure they’d be very keen on it.
