  • Lots of potential but current app to basic to be exciting

A major pro of this app is that it (with the right hardware) will open and close any 433Hz operated gate, door or roller blind. It works fairly reliably on Bluetooth but is slow on Wifi (note: further purchase of a Link module is necessary for this feature). App is basic in its layout and configuration. You get control of 4 gates, but each one is on its own screen and it can be a nightmare for users to select the right screen. It functions and looks abit like the Broadlink RM4 app, sadly this is not a compliment. This is a shame. Several features are temperamental. I can change the default background photo on one iPhone but not on another; I can link with Alexa on one device, but not another; I can get get Siri to work on iPhone but not on Watch. You get the idea.

System Config is limited (even for the Wifi link module) unless you are within 5m of the device.

Support for Alexa voice control only available in Italy. Rest of world will “be available” at some unspecified date.
CarPlay support would be a logical and welcome addition given that many will use this app with the gate or garage.

Bottom line:- Only use this as a backup in case you loose your RF remote since it is sadly just not reliable or quick enough for daily use.
