DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
The app is great. Oakville United Taxi is horrible. At 3:33 pm, I scheduled a taxi to pick me up at work at 5:15 pm. I got conformation of my booking and I got a text saying my taxi was on its way. At 5:17 I CALL Oakville United Taxi - they tell me my booking has been cancelled. They told me to call a different taxi company. They DID send an EMAIL at 5:03 - which I didn’t get until later.
I missed my appointment and incurred a charge for missing my appointment.
I was trying to support my local taxi company instead of Uber. I will not be using them again.
