I have an apple 6 phone. Your current software update doesn't work on my phone. Your app says we can download an earlier version but IT DOESNT WORK. The app freezes

Dear Dave. Thanks for the message. We have made quite a few changes and enhancements to the app, im sure it will work better now.
Not supported for iPhone 6

This app has changed and is no longer available for iPhone 6. When will this be fixed?
IOS 13 comparable
My iPhone has not yet reached IOS 13 yet so how do I operate the software ?
