Doesn’t find anything
I’m literally sitting next to my surveillance camera and I paid for the upgrade and it says it’s not detecting anything. The device doesn’t even show up on the scan. Infared light. Turned on. This app found nothing. Waste of money.bgl881
What a waste of money
I have several of their cameras and after this past week will not be buying anything else this company makes. I would give negative stars if I could. I have called and sent feedback on a device everyday for over a week now and got no phone calls back. Customer service is an answering company that clearly doesn’t send any messages or Premier just doesn’t have a customer service department. Do yourself a favor and return your items now while you can. I bought a doorbell brand new from the store and am getting an error about it being linked to another account and can’t even get that fixed. I would hate to see what a few issue would look like getting through. DON’T BUY THIS COMPANIES PRODUCT YOU HAVE ZERO SUPPORT EVEN ON THEOR ERRORS. So I got one of the lights that links to your phone through the WiFi using this app, but anytime I try and open the app it won’t do anything it takes the screen up and then closes down again without letting me do anything at allPollyhess95
3 Months, and time to review!
So first off, I would like to say the app runs pretty much flawless. And I would have given 5 stars, but it lacked some features that a couple of my other WiFi security app’s have. But what it lacks in simplicity, it makes up for with a beautiful WDR camera angle. With a wide fish eye type view. That even though it was installed at my front door. I swear that I could almost see my backyard/ LoL. No but really good Camera quality, colors are superb. Not washed out at all like a lot of these other style cams. Will definitely be buying from Premier again!
