  • Not sure what the point is

    As far as I can tell, there is no way to read any of the notes the care team write. You can send them a message, but I haven’t had much success with a response. I was hoping I could have a good idea of what was happening, but it is basically a waste of time. I just don’t get it.
  • Easy to use

    Enjoy being able so see upcoming visits and the care team who would be visiting.
  • Video Chat

    With the latest changes they have done we can easily do video chat and message to nurses. Great job.

    This app is great for the older generation and their families to feel like they have more control over their care. You can see your visits and message and video chat with your nurse.
  • Messaging and Video chat feature is good

    I just got an update from the Clinician that Patient and their caregiver can chat in app and also do a video call with clinician. It seems very exciting to me that we don’t need to rely on other chatting app to share the information.
  • Video Chat feature is very useful during COVID pandemic

    We were just told by the company nurse that they can video call us through the app. During current pandemic of COVID, it is very useful to be able to see nurse and care staff.
  • Needs a lot of work

    Confusing user interface. No clear idea of what does what or what to tap to do what you want. Messages don’t get to your intended recipient, and nothing the care team records makes it to the app. Tapping “My Caregivers” crashes the app.
