The Advanced Canine Athletic Program Pet program, or ACAP Pet for short, is a dog fitness program that is designed to assist pet owners in conditioning their dogs. The ACAP Pet has been modeled after two successful programs designed for working dogs in the law enforcement and military special operations communities. Along with the obvious health benefits this dog fitness program produces, the app also encourages you to engage daily with your dog in an enjoyable bonding experience! The ACAP Pet Mobile Application The ACAP Pet app provides you with a detailed, easy-to-follow dog workout schedule. When you create your ACAP Pet account, you will fill out a questionnaire to determine which of our three dog fitness programs is most appropriate for your dog based on factors such as your dog’s age, breed, health, and current fitness level. Once your dog is assigned to the correct canine fitness program, you will be given a daily workout plan to complete with your dog. Each daily dog workout features simple instructional exercise videos for you and your pet to follow. Each day, your dog’s workout will take no longer than 30 minutes to complete. The ACAP Pet app also includes educational videos that provide information that every pet owner should know. This educational content is based on scientific research from experts in the veterinary community, and includes topics such as: • Safety • Thermoregulation • Heat injury prevention • Nutrition • Hydration • Canine physiology • Metabolism The ACAP Pet is based on thousands of hours of research and development, resulting in a dog fitness program that is guaranteed to provide insight and education for you, healthy results for your dog, and a powerful bonding experience for both of you.
