Great app and great service
The maze of questions and information makes it very easy to obtain a tailored policy that is easily understood. The customer service with its messaging service is on point and my queries were answered quickly. The app itself is also very well designed and well thought out. Great insurance so far, easy to understand, quick to contact. But while submitting my extensive claim (definitely takes more than 10 mins) the app crashes and everything was lost. It should be saving a draft I can return to. This is UX 101 guys.DisturbedFish
