Spent $80 in fabric and they created a shipping label. Never came contacted them they said they would ship it again which they didn’t. Won’t answer my emails and the phone number attached to their site is disconnected! Rubber duckie !

It been over three week and the have yet to send my fabric. There costumer service number doesn’t not work they have not responded to my email. They didn't hesitate to charge my card. Worst company ive ever bought fromifabric worst company

Don’t Bother!! Horrific Customer service
I sent a message asking two questions, and they couldn’t bother to even answer but one, which was if they were related to another fabric store with a similar name
Then I asked about swatches and couldn’t bother to answer that question. I tried again and all I kept getting was smart as responses. never bothered to answer my questions. Apparently they don’t need the business as I was searching for some fabrics to design my next two bridal collections. I would sty as far away from them as possible. no need for attitude these days or poor customer service.70WestDesigns
Too fast
It doesn’t let me have any time to type it goes way too fast just close it out and I get so frustrated with it sometimes I want to delete it because it like goes way too fast doesn’t even let me click search and it’s already offmermaid:)
