Amazing Little App

We have been using Roster for over a year. It’s helped us keep everyone on schedule for over 4 locations.

Any time we have any issues the support team has been super responsive and gets out issues resolved quickly. It’s definitely changed the flow of our business and has helped guide us through extensive growth.

promising service based on costumer support

while this app does not currently fit all my rostering needs. they have a very responsive team who seem to take feedback on board. at price point their offering is great but i would personally like to see additional features and i look forward to seeing how they improve their rostering platform moving forward.

5/5 for responsiveness and costumer service and price point.

Does what it promises

I have been using it to manage 7 locations which consists of 10 staff each for about a year now. The helpdesk is approachable using fb messenger and are quick to help you out. They have been jumping onto zoom calls during my initial setup days and I am super happy !

Helped me organise my staff !

Easy to use shift planner, sends very useful updates to the staff when there are unable to do a particular shift. Highly recommended if you want to be on top of your schedule.

I Love GET MY ROSTER

I manage 50 staff across 5 locations and “get my roster” has made staffing so much easier... I just send out the roster and if staff are unable to work they just log in in the app and it activates the notifications that are sent out to all the casuals who can then add themselves to the shift..... no more phoning around for hours on end trying to fill shifts ..
I also love how the app developer is contactable by email and phone and gets back to you promptly...

I don’t want you withdrawing money from my account also could you deactivate my “My Roster” account immediately!
