App does not work. First time linking the smart watch tracker sold to my elderly father as a ‘safe system for family’ asks for authorisation from seller to reset to factory settings to link the App to device. Although I have set it up from scratch this should not be necessary. Rip off app sold to the vulnerable & elderly. Do not touch

Rubbish GPS
GPS Readings given as 3 miles away from home; did not track beyond 10 miles; calorie burn averaged 45,000 per day, turn over in sleep averaged 300 times in an 8 hour period. Fall detection very sensitive but no use if location is wrong
Infrequent location updated
Got the watch for location tracking but the fastest update time is 10 minutes. This is way too long. Need a 1 minute or 30s update time.

App is not very user friendly with no option for unregistration for devices
Absolutely horrible
I have purchased smart watches along with accompanying apps but I had never ever had consistent problems as I have had with this app. It keeps telling me that I am offline nor am I connected on the internet which is absolutely false as all of my other devices are connected to the wifi. I even tried resetting my wifi. I have restarted my smart watch. I have even tried to delete the app then reinstall it and finally I even deleted my account and registered once again for the account but to no avail.
I tried your wifi finder and had even put both the watch along with this app but again it said sevice is offline. What is this nonsense?
You do not even have any instructions on your manual on troubleshooting any wifi issues. If you are going to develop an app and a product, do it properly or go to some other kind of work.
This is a dismal failure and depending on how quickly will you resolve this issue, will I give you a more positive review. In the meantime do not buy the smart watch with fall detection and install this app!
