Won’t open
App now won’t open on iPhone 11 at all.
App won’t log in
After waiting over an hour for the app to update after I downloaded it, I finally reached a log in screen. However after entering my credentials I just receive an error message saying “There has been an error. Please try again later.”
Can’t log in
Receive error ‘Invalid Language’ when trying to login on either ipad or iphone

Hi Tommy- A fix has been released for this issue. Please uninstall and reinstall the app and try again. If there are any further issues contact GlobalVirtualCare@bupa.com
Doesn’t start up
Trying to start the app for the first time all I get is a screen saying. “Please wasn’t, updating.....”
