Where is Customer Service?
I just read the description of your latest version upgrade. Are you serious? Improved performance? Game is more stable? I’ve been rating the same two rooms for months now. When you take my gems and I get nothing in return, you don’t respond to my messages. And there are many of them.
Just today, I submitted one of the bonus designs but never received my gems. Yet no one has the decency to respond to my issues.Show lessLadyRaf
Love this!
I love this, game! I love the fact there are no frustrating puzzles, or whatnot to continue playing.
My only comment, why does it seem like when we rate other designs, it seems like the same rooms, repeatedly.
I would love to see more variety with locations, and actual furnishings.
But honestly, no complaints here.

I would rate this game 0 stars if I could. I really like games like this as I want to be an interior designer one day. But this game wouldn’t let me play. I tapped play and it did nothing. I left it to load while I watched a movie with my mum. After the movie it had finished loading but was crashed. This happened ape very time I tried to play this game. I wouldn’t usually say this but just look for another app. Pls fix this bug.Show lessgamer354271

Froze up
I actually like the game so far, I just downloaded it and was on my way to lever 5, but it froze completely. I exited off the game and reloaded it about 5 times, still stuck. Deleted it then re-downloaded it, still stuck!! Can’t tap on anything or even scroll. Completely frozen!misry222
Pictures won’t show
Fun game but every picture of completed design is “broken” and doesn’t show. The app closes by itself all the timerorystoleayacht
Fun but slow
I enjoy playing the game, but my past completed rooms never fully load to be able to view so that sucks! And some times when rating rooms is does the same thing, stuck loading.15428hhh
I like it but....
Why can’t I see any of my finished projects? The images just never load, they constantly have a loading symbol? The only image that loads is my first ever room design. It’s just very annoying not being able to see previous designs!J9bbe
Needs improving
I have been stuck rating the same bedroom and the same designs in this bedroom the entire time I’ve been playing this game, which you have to do to get energy. Once in a blue moon I get another room(the same one)to rate, but even that is the same designs over and over. The furniture is ugly and way to expensive. The rewards are low, and the prices to play are too high for the points you can earn. Disappointing! I don’t think there is any administer for this game, or some improvements based on everyone’s comments would happen. Who is rating the designs? I haven’t gotten to rate any current designs, so who is rating mine, and giving me 3.99 so I don’t even get a lame prize? That’s another problem, your prize is 1(one!) item when you need pairs of everything except beds. So my inventory is full of singles I can’t even use in a design. Time to delete, I suppose.Show lesskevinanator
