Hi, I cannot get the information to load, since the keyboard does not retract. There’s no “enter” option. Cannot set up the basic info at all.

Can’t even use the app because the keyboard doesn’t collapse down when you’re typing... DO NOT BUY!!!
Keyboard won’t retract so this is useless
Just purchased this, downloaded it and attempted putting my longitude and latitude in it along with time zone. Unfortunately, the contact us email address bounces back and the keyboard won’t retract on the screen so it is impossible to enter the data necessary to use the app. Husband tried as well and had the exact same issue. Hoping I can return and get my money back. I’ll go with the app everyone else is using that came up first.
