We've changed the "Jump Transfer" screen to now be an "Active Calls" screen, showing a list of active calls you can interact with. Selecting one of these calls will now open a new in-call screen, instead of immediately jumping a call. This new in-call screen also features three new features: Hold, Attended Transfer, and Unattended Transfer.
