    We were on the fence for a long time about what we thought might be a high risk investment for our small business. After calling in and having Timothy spend nearly an hour on the phone with me, we decided to try the free trial. The first dramatic change was my time on the phone reminding clients, chasing down no shows and remembering future appointments was suddenly GONE. Next came more time away from the phone not having to answer as many calls, because clients began SELF-SCHEDULING! Lastly, came the calendar filling up- day after day. For a month, then two months- then 8 months. Unreal! Steady business and repeat clients scheduling on time, and many of them on their own, due to Gazelle’s incredible system! Gazelle has been a total game changer for our business and has increased revenue for us by 100%. That in and of itself should be enough- but to buy me more time away from all the computer, phone, text and scheduling work?? Icing on the cake. Can’t recommend highly enough.

  • After 3 years in...

    Gazelle keeps getting better. I keep getting positive feedback from my clients. I am directly involved in the scheduling process less and less as I tweak parameters little by little. I only recently started using the estimate and condition report features and found I should have been using them from the start. The cost of Gazelle is only a very small percentage of the work it has facilitated and the work that it has taken off my shoulders and my assistant. You won’t regret making the decision to incorporate Gazelle into your piano service business.

    The folks at Gazelle have outdone themselves. This software is robust for any level technician yet simple efficient for ease of use. My clients love the ability to book their own appointments and rave about its functionality. I’m looking forward to the updates slated for implementation in 2020.
  • Great tool, well-run business

    The guys are very responsive and helpful. The app is handy and helping this not-entirely-business-savvy technician stay organized and professional. As with anything, it’s not as customizable and easy as pen and paper, but it’s worth it for the gains.
  • Sorry I waited so long

    I was on the Fence about trying Gazelle for almost a year. It seemed a bit pricy to me. But eventually I tried it and I’m sorry I waited so long. If you value your time Gazelle will give you more of it. The time saved from having to talk to clients on the phone is alone worth the cost of admission.
    Just try the free version. Kick the tires and you should soon realize that this will only help you be more efficient. Try it. You will love it.
