I’ve had this right around two years. For the first week I couldn’t figure out how to use it but once I did it was awesome not having to keep up with the remote...the only thing I would suggest is a volume control be added on.Sokol939

Review for smart remote
I have tried several different apps and this is the only one that is easy to use and really does work. As soon as I downloaded it and opened it I was able to use it. It works better than the actual remote that came with the fire stick. I have tried to use all the other apps and they would get an F if I were to have give them a grade. This app gets an A+ as far as I can tell. If there are any problems with it then I will just revise my review.Show lessjennireapain

It helps me use the tv when I either lose the controller or the batteries are out of power. The only bad thing Is if you turn off your phone you have to start up the app againum lick
