Don’t waste your time
If you’re in a bind the system will get you by, but if you’re looking for a long term solution for O/O or fleet operations save yourself and your drivers stress and time and go elsewhere. The app is clunky and doesn’t keep up with automated shift changes the way it should, especially when you’re in and out of cell service, The customer service is mediocre at best. And their business practices are poor, finally canceled my plan last month after getting fed up with the system, to find another bill this month… the accounting team tells me “oh when you cancel if you don’t give 30 days notice you get charged for the following month” that should be enough right there to tell you how they operate if you’re on the fence. Doesn’t work
Worst ELD GPS tracking ever.. we have a fleet of 15 trucks.. every driver complained constantly about app not connecting or not disconnecting.. always having to make changes when certifying logs.. problems with DOT Hours of service violations that were not correct but recorded by this crappy App… no support from company.. horrible experience all together… Has trucks out in the middle of the ocean… shows stop time only. Useless company doesn’t call back or respond to emails.. major turn over of staff.. new people that don’t have a clue.. horrible service..They shouldn’t be allowed to operate..Show lessffffffgggggman
Can’t log in
I can’t log back In. I’ve reset password and it says it was successful but when I try to log in it says incorrect password.Trucker8888
