  • Great minus one caveat

    Great and helpful app,
Just wish it would let me store data (instead of cutting it off and getting rid of old stuff) for more than the last 3 years.
  • Good but could be better

I like the simplicity. However, it would be nice to custom sort habits. Also, I would love to have widgets. I find widgets very helpful to keep me accountable, and mixing them with this app would be productivity heaven!
  • Needs habit reordering

Desperately needs the ability to reorder habits! This directly impacts the usability and effectiveness of the app for daily use.

Less important but, the pie chart progress tracker bugs and flickers occasionally. The design could use some TLC. Personally not a fan of the color schemes and icon choices.

  • Super useful habit tracker

This works well and is free. I like the color coding ability and that you can add lots of habits.
  • Simple and useful

Love the simplicity of the app. Was wondering if creating widgets for iPhone was coming in the future, similar to how androids can. Thanks!
  • Just what I needed!

I have been looking for an aid like this to encourage positive life changes. This fits my need really well!
  • Poor Quality

I don’t know what it is, it might be a lack of compatibility with iOS 14, but for some reason I am not able to check that I have completed a habit. I’ve downloaded and re-downloaded the app to see if that would fix the issue and it’s still the same. Seems like a nice app with many features to help build incentive plus it’s free, but unfortunately it’s not functional.

  • Finally!! Exactly what I was looking for

I was looking for an app exactly like this, but could not find it with the numerous apps using the name “Habits” in the App Store. Came across a Reddit post in a skin care sub and the user was using this app! Had to download. Absolutely love it.
  • Long-time fan

Great little app, simple yet effective. Have used it to plan my routines for years and like that I can color-code my entries. Recently switched to Apple and downloaded it again. Disappointed that the Apple version does not allow me to drag-and-drop the habits in any order I want; otherwise, no complaints.

  • Finally! ...with feature requests.

I’ve been waiting for someone to make an iOS app based on the FOSS Loop Habit Tracker Android app, so thank you sooooo freaking much! All in all this is a great port, but there are some features missing here that are present in the original project that I’d love to see brought over. I’ve listed them below:

    1. Manual habit sorting. Pleeeeaaase!
    2. Haptic feedback when a habit is marked as completed. This would feel more interactive, and also make it less likely to check off habits unintentionally (especially when using the short tap feature).
    3. Improved dark mode integration. Light mode looks wonderful, but some of the habit color options make the text almost impossible to read when using dark mode. I think in the original project they have two different hues for each color — one that is light-mode-friendly and one that is dark-mode-friendly. Also when viewing a habit page, the lighter color of the boxes makes the UI look a bit dated. Having less contrast, like in light mode, would look amazing.
    4. Add the ability for the UI to transition to landscape orientation when it’s unlocked on the phone, and then display more days with the extra space.

Lastly I wanna make sure I offer a big kudos for introducing the basic vs. progressive feature that doesn’t appear to be present in the original. I have not used it yet, but what a fantastic idea! Overall wonderful job dev(s) and I REALLY hope to see these features implemented. I would be more than happy to pay to remove ads to support development if I see a commitment to updates and feature requests! :)
