App needs work
Cool concept but missing some key features, as others have mentioned. No way I can tell to remove the Reto watermark, which for me renders the results useless. Pretty lame for an app I payed for.
Please update this app!
I’ve loved using the Reto App but they haven’t updated it for years. It won’t pull up images anymore unfortunately. Really hope the team takes a look at it and fixes the bugs!
Pretty fun but no gif output?
Easy and fun to use but a little frustrating you cannot export as a gif. Can y’all build that option into the next update please??
Horrible waste of money
I got the camera and I haven’t been able to turn any of the photos into gifs because the app keeps crashing. I emailed the team over a month ago about it and the app was updated. With the new update, I can’t even open any photos. Every update is making the app WORSE

SOMEONE At RETO READ THIS
The stability on the app is gone Everytime you try to export it crashes. I've been loving and promoting the camera to everyone but this makes it basically unusable please fix asap as I have so many pictures to promo you guys but can't even use them.
Was brilliant but now crashes
Struggling at the moment to export a video without the app crashing. It crashes on both normal and maximum resolution exports. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and the problem persists. If that can be fixed it’s a really useful app. Never had problems until now but this renders it completely useless.

Every time I export the app crashes
Great App, IOS 15 keeps crashing ):
i absolutely love this app. makes creating 3D photos a breeze. i’m able to open the app and create my image, but unfortunately, the moment i save it, the app crashes ): Hopefully this can be fixed soon!
